Notifying FRINGE WORLD of your access requirements
If you have specific access requirements, we encourage you to email us in advance of your show. This is so we can notify the venue Front of House staff so they can assist on-site and to help make your experience the best it can be.
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after you have made your booking. Include the following information in your email:
- Transaction ID (if you have already purchased your tickets)
- What you need to be able to access the performance
- The number of people in your group
Alternatively, if you have questions you’d like to us to answer before you make your booking or would like assistance with booking your tickets you can email email@example.com and one of our customer service team members can assist.
There are more than 130 venues in the Festival including temporary and pop-up venues such as circus tents and Spiegeltents alongside permanent venues. They have varying seating arrangements and seating is unreserved.
We recommend early arrival and notifying Front of House staff once you arrive at the venue so they can direct you to your seating. Although all efforts will be made to ensure people in a party are seated together, it cannot be guaranteed.
